Approaches of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation to the issue of the necessity of obtaining court decisions in the course of conducting operational-search activities using technical devices

The article highlights and analyzes the decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation related to the restriction of constitutional human rights in the course of conducting operational search activities with the use of special equipment. In addition, the citizens’ recourses to the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation when they believe that it is necessary to get court decision for conducting operational-search actions using technical devices in regard to them are considered.
