Approaches to the implementation of psychometric verification of the methodology in assessing the human resources of the organization

The article focuses on psychometric evaluation of methods. The purpose of the work is to form a classification of approaches to psychometric testing of questionnaires when assessing human resources. The methodological toolkit is the assessment of test-retest reliability using a nonparametric criterion for assessing the reliability of differences in empirical data. Approaches to understanding dependent and independent variables are identified within the framework of assessing mathematical and statistical trends in the psychometric parameters of the questionnaire. The study highlights the features of the procedure for validating methods: constructs subject to and not subject to validation, objective and subjective measurement parameters, natural and synthetic quantities. It demonstrates a method for determining the test-retest reliability of a methodology (questionnaire) using the method of comparing indicators and assessing the reliability of differences in empirical research data. The following approaches to assessing the use of the questionnaire method in assessing human resources have been identified: an integral approach to determining cross-validity, a traditional approach to assessing test-retest reliability using nonparametric criteria for assessing the reliability of differences in empirical data. Thus, the results of the study can be applied in the structure of a comprehensive study of innovative approaches to assessing the human resources of an organization and confirm the hypothesis put forward within the framework of this study. The results obtained develop a paradigm for human resource management based on data and standardization of methods for their assessment, mechanisms for studying the projective potential of an individual.
