Подводный туризм в России как часть международного дайвинга

В статье представлена система организации рекреационного подводного плавания (рекреационный дайвинг) как в мире в целом, так и в России, с его особенностями становления в период с 1959 года по настоящее время. Рекреационный дайвинг в настоящее время рассматривается как динамично развивающееся направление туризма, имеющее ежегодные миллиардные долларовые обороты. В статье рассматриваются основные этапы формирования рекреационного дайвинга, а также современная структура этого актуального направления морского туризма и голубой экономики. Любители подводного плавания (дайверы), морская среда, принимающее (местное) сообщество и индустрия подводного туризма (включая все связанные отрасли) являются фундаментальными элементами современного рекреационного дайвинга, определяющими его устойчивое развитие. Системный подход, используемый для выстраивания организационных основ рекреационного дайвинга, подчеркивает необходимость продуманного управления и поощрения совместной деятельности заинтересованных сторон для обеспечения устойчивости управления ресурсами в прибрежной зоне. Устойчивость морской среды - это важнейшая глобальная проблема, решение которой дает всем организаторам подводного туризма перспективу устойчивого развития на десятилетия вперед.
