Research in management problems at the sports school

The main goal of personnel management system in a sports organization is to create effective motivations, ensure high results of athletes, their productive use, professional and social development. All of the above can be achieved not only with a good material and technical facilities, but also with a well-coordinated team. A survey of 130 people was conducted to clarify the main problems in the work of the children sports school staff. The respondents were teachers, administrative staff, specialists, as well as children attending the sports school. The analysis of the survey results allowed identifying the most significant problems as seen by the main participants of the training process.
