The article presents a brief description of clinical presentation, diagnosis, and treatment of young 33 yearsold patient diagnosed with bilateral stenosis of renal arteries. The patient resided in rural area of Tyumen Oblast and was hospitalized for planned abdominal aortography due to symptomatic renovascular hypertension. After the diagnosis had been established, the patient underwent successful surgery.
