Описан клинический случай диагностики и лечения пациента молодого возраста, 33 лет, с двусторонним стенотическим поражением почечных артерий, проживающего в сельской местности Тюменской области и госпитализированного для выполнения плановой брюшной аортографии по поводу симптоматической артериальной гипертензии вазоренального происхождения. После установления диагноза больной был успешно прооперирован.
