The paper shows that the oneiroid states of consciousness in A.A. Akhmatova’s lyrics form a kind of semantic cluster associated with the motive of entering another reality. It is proved that the vision in Akhmatova’s poetry has dreamlike features and is associated with the situation of communication with otherworldly forces. Such a vision in Akhmatova’s texts forms a stable quasi-plot construction, which is repeated both in early and late lyrics. This plot consists of the following elements: a vision appears before the hero at night after waking up; the hero enters into communication with other forces that are connected with the psychological impulses; these forces predict death; the situation itself is described from the deictic position of “I-addressing”, which leads to the general referential uncertainty of the poem. The principles of psychologization of this type of vision are singled out. Thus, the work demonstrates that, on the one hand, internal mental functions can unfold into a certain visual picture, which resembles a mystical vision in its structure, and on the other hand, a mystical vision can be interpreted as a personalization / exteriorization of an internal conflict. Thus, the analysis of Akhmatova’s poetry showed that there is a single field of oneiric states in her lyrics - dream, delirium, vision, within which there is no clear boundary, because, from a position of the author’s consciousness, they grow from one “psychological” root.
