Poetry of Aigi in the perspective of cognitive thinking

The article is dedicated to the problem of application of cognitive thinking to the educational process on the basis of Aygi’s lyrics whose works are known in many European countries. The accent is made on the fact that the knowledge in the field of philosophy plays a significant role in finding one’s position in this world. It’s proved that the development of «cognitive thinking» stimulates a person’s creative initiative. The poetry of Aygi has been studied from the point of view of cognitive thinking of The New Times and of philosophical mind because the poet is granted with a philosophical intuition; he feels the past, the present and the future. He integrates them in time and makes us think about the beginning of being.
