The authors of the paper evaluated the indexes of humoral and cellular immunity, cytokine status, and complement system in hard clinical end points such as overall and relapsefree survival of patients with nonHodgkin lymphomas, lymphogranulomatosis, multiple myeloma, and chronic lymphatic leukemia with concomitant opportunistic infections in the environment of the Far North. The pathological changes in the levels of tumor necrosis factorƒ, Creactive protein, interleukine1ƒ, complement components С4 and C3, neutrophil count, and immunoglobulins A, M, and G in patients with lymphoproliferative disorders and multiple myeloma complicated with opportunistic infections were determined in relation to the clinical endpoints such as overall mortality and relapse of disease.
