An assessment of the growth processes of calves of Holstein black-and-white breed in the milk period of postnatal ontogenesis and the nature of the relationship of its indicators with blood protein parameters is given. The work is done on the basis of SPK Koelginskoe them. Sundeeva I. N. (Chelyabinsk region) in 2019-2020 gg. To run on the principle of close analogues formed: an experimental group (n=10), calves in which 1, 3 and 6 months blood was taken for investigations and were determined monthly live weight. It was found that the live weight of heifers from 1 to 6 months of age increases from 41.50±0.35 to 143.40±0.75 kg (Cv=1.65-2.60 %). The level of average daily gains in body weight in the period of 1-3 months is 611.67±9.95 g, and from 3-6 months -724.44±8.89 g (Cv=3.88-5.15 %). Live weight (LM) is statistically significantly related in a pair of features: LM-albumins (r=0.70-0.87) and LM - urea (r= -0.79 - -0.93). Stable correlations were found in the pair LM - somatotropin (r=0.60-0.72) and LM - IGF-1 (r=0.55-0.79).
