In the article there is the authors definition of the concept "employee loyalty". The author gives the description of loyalty factor usage based on the foundation of expectation and justice in different spheres of motivation. The study of justice factor in different spheres of motivation is proposed. An example of the applied research of staff. Loyalty of the commercial firm is offered.
