Aim of the research was to study epidemiology of major risk factors (RF) of cardiovascular diseases (CVD) and their dynamics in patients of Tomsk polyclinics. At the first stage in 2006 in Tomsk screening of the population attached to polyclinics has been spent, on the second in 2009 - patients with an arterial hypertension (АH) were undergone a telephone survey with SINDI questionnaire. There are gender distinctions in prevalence of RF. Frequency of overweight, smoking among men was higher, among women - obesity, a hypercholesterolemia. Consultations on preventive maintenance AH were done to 36.1% of all patients. In dynamics for 3 years of 6.3% of men and 2.4% of women by results of a telephone survey have refused smoking, the level of the general cholesterol has decreased at 16.7% of men and 23.8% of women. The number of the patients who have reached of target values the BP to 40.7% has increased. Not fatal acute myocardial infarction has developed in 4.3% of cases, cardiovascular death - 2.3%. Average frequency of hospitalisation because of aggravation CVD was 12.4% a year. Considerable prevalence of main RF of CVD among out#patient patients of Tomsk was revealed. Level of preventive work does not correspond to requirement existing in region.
