The key to the health of a woman and her unborn child is physical culture in her life. From the very early childhood, physical education classes lay the foundation for the health and full development of the child. While waiting for the baby, you need to maintain physical activity, and this has long been indisputable. A woman feels her body and reacts sharply to all changes during pregnancy. Physical culture is important and necessary, because the future mother does not care what possible consequences as a result of these changes suggest their occurrence. In the article the author analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of water aerobics exercising for pregnant. Researched aspects of exercising in the pool at different periods of pregnancy. Offered some proposals for conducting water aerobics training.
