Polyphony in media discourse

This article is devoted to the study of the presence of polyphony in the media discourse. The concept of polyphony is considered from various points of view: semantic, linguistic. The hypothesis is put forward that the presence of several speaking subjects can be observed already at the level of a separate sentence, expression or utterance. A number of scientists' views on this problem are given, implicit and explicit information in the speaker's speech is analyzed.
