The results of research of 19 SSR-loci polymorphism in 17 inbred lines of cultivated sunflower and 10 wild species are shown. The uniqueness of alleles set for each genotype is revealed. Alleles diversity of SSR-loci for wild sunflower is found. Two microsatellite loci are specific for Helianthus annuus L.
