The article examines the anthropological aspect in the phenomenon of political parties. The place and role of humans in different stages of community evolution are explored. The work describes the process of human relations through examples of the writings, statements and definitions of I. Kant, L. Feuerbach and H. Plesner. Particular attention is paid to the writings and applied conclusions of T. Hobbes, and the logic of the philosopher's judgement and his views on the existing anthropological problem of the state's community genesis are consistently built up. This issue helps to structure and build the research hypothesis, which is to find answers to the questions: how do people coexist in communities, what structure (organization) could play a unifying role in human relationships? The processes of construct formation, the basic element of which is the human being and human relationships within political and other communities, are disclosed. The author focuses in particular on the fact that political parties are one of the main products of human interaction.
