The Social and political life is influenced by many circumstances. An independent factor, largely determining its focus in Russia since the mid 90-ies, have become financial-industrial groups. Of the privileged pressure groups that are close to power and able to influence decisions, it is transformed into a special subgroup on the border of the economic and political elite.
