In the article N. N. Alekseev’s position is supported, it concerns the existence of Eurasian law family. The doctrine is one of the most important factors influencing on the formation of the legal system of a state. Thus, the religious doctrine prevails in “the family of religious law”; in “the family of Socialist law”- political doctrine, based on the study of Marxism-Leninism. “The family of the legislative and case law” now rests on the political and legal doctrines of human rights, the rule of law and separation of powers. “The family of traditional and ethical law” is still strongly influenced by doctrines that should be classified as “spiritual and moral (philosophical)” ones, “the Eurasian law family” grounds on political and legal doctrine of Eurasianism. The doctrine of Eurasianism is expressed in unique style and form of consciousness of legal reality where they are not clear separation of understanding of law, justice and goodness. These three categories merge together forming a complete picture of the perception of law as a regulator of value-normative legal relations.
