Powers of the internal affairs offices of Kyrgyzstan to protect and protect from domestic violence: in the context of ensuring human rights

The article presents an analysis of the normative legal provisions of the Law and Resolution of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, in terms of ensuring human rights in the said state, concerning the subject area of protection and defense of the country's population from existing manifestations of domestic violence. Appealing to this problem, the author identifies the limits of competence of national internal affairs bodies in implementing their law enforcement mission, aimed at maintaining public order in society and ensuring the necessary harmony in relations between people.
