Powers of the president of the Russian Federation in accordance with amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation of 01.07

The main purpose of this article is a comprehensive comparative legal analysis of the constitutional foundations of the powers of the President of the Russian Federation. Initially, a brief analysis of the powers of the president and the emergence of the institution of the presidency is given. After that, the author made attempts to analyze the amendments to the Constitution, with the 1993 version, describing the main innovations and giving them a legal justification.
