Powers of the prosecutor within the framework of the prosecutor surveillance at the stage of preliminary investigation and inquiry

The article examines the powers of the prosecutor in the supervision of the investigation and inquiry. The prosecutor is a guarantor of the rule of law at all stages of criminal proceedings. It is concluded that the prosecutor was not fully returned the powers necessary for effective supervision at the stage of preliminary investigation and inquiry of the right.
