Obtaining of extractive substances from shell of seeds of Pinus sibirica du tour by microwave heating

This article is about extract technology from shell of cedar nuts, which can be used in food industry, pharmacology and other branches. This technology can extract about 90 % of extractive substances in one stage, because the particles of shell have size about 140 mkm and for process of extraction are used by microwave heating. Obtaining extracts are distinguished by traditional receiving extracts of high quality and quantity tanning substance.
