Commercial yield of oyster mushroom at cultivation in the winter-spring period

The paper presents a commodity output of oyster mushroom growing in the winter and spring time in the basement. The two strains of mushroom, НК-35 and R-24, were grown on the different straw substrates. Using straw pea substrate yielded 1,6-2,2 kg/m 2 of fruit bodies of the first commodity group of the strain НК-35 and 2,4-2,7 kg/m 2 of fruit bodies of the second commodity group of the strain Р-24.
