The concept of civil liability

This article discusses theoretical and legislative approaches to the definition of the concept and the main features of civil liability. Civil liability is one of the key concepts in the legal system and occupies a central place in the mechanism of regulation of public relations. This type of liability occurs for violation of obligations or illegal actions that lead to damage to other subjects of law. It is concluded that the concept of civil liability is not limited to the concept of a sanction for an offense in the civil law sphere. This complex, complex concept is a legal liability of a proprietary nature and aimed at restoring the violated property sphere of the victim.
