The concept and classification of forms of complicity in the Russian Federation and the countries of the Asia-Pacific region

This article examines the issues of the concept and classification of forms of complicity in Russia and the countries of the Asia-Pacific region (using the example of Japan and China). As a result of the definition of the forms of complicity, the author proposed their concept - an external manifestation of complicity, reflecting its classification. In addition, the author directly analyzes the well-known classifications of forms of complicity in Russia, as well as Japan and China, in connection with which the distinctive features of the institute of complicity of the studied foreign countries are highlighted.
