The concept and main elements of the constitutional-legal status of the President: a constitutional-legal study

In the article, the author conducted a constitutional-legal study of the concept of the constitutional- legal status of the president and the features of its main elements. During the study, an institutional analysis of the elements of the constitutional-legal status of the president was conducted. Proposals were made to improve all mechanisms of the constitutional-legal status of the president. Because of the study, the most pressing issues determining the place of legal status in the implementation of the president's powers were identified.
