The concept and features of a bank as a participant in civil turnover

In modern civil circulation, the activity of providing financial services is implemented by hotel business entities, in particular banks. Banking services, within the framework of which financial services are provided, is an independent economic and legal category, which is based on a broad legal framework in the current Russian legislation. The author comes to the conclusion that the issue of the role and place of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation in the general system of credit institutions has not yet been resolved.
