The concept and signs of real estate in modern civil law

The author analyzes the concept, features of both movable and immovable property. The author comes to the conclusion that the gaps in the legal regulation of the issue under consideration give rise in practice to many difficulties with the distinction between movable and immovable property and proposes to define real estate in the Civil Code of the Russian Federation as land plots, subsoil plots and any objects located directly on the surface of the earth, or under it, transportation of which is impossible without their complete or partial destruction.
