Concept and attributes of intangible goods

Nowadays, in both doctrine and legislation lack of a common understanding of such legal phenomenon as « intangible goods». Therefore, the article considers development in philosophy of the concept of "good" as a key element in reflection on of the concept of "intangible goods". Presented of different positions of legal scholars on the definition of intangible goods. The conclusion is given regarding the legislative enshrinement of the concept of «intangible good».
