Concept and features of a model contractual design in the civil law of the Russian Federation

The article analyses the opinions of civilists and the position of the legislator on the definition of the concept of a model contractual design. Significant features of such a contractual design have been identified and variations have been identified. It was concluded that the concept of a standard contractual structure should be introduced into the current civil legislation of the Russian Federation.
