The concept and content of the legal status of customs officers of the Kyrgyz Republic

In the article, the author conducted an in-depth analysis of the concept of the legal status of customs officers of the Kyrgyz Republic and its significance. The author also explored the main activities of customs authorities after the Kyrgyz Republic's accession to the Customs Union, examined the main problems, and proposed effective solutions. Specific measures for improving the customs service of the Kyrgyz Republic are proposed and substantiated by the author.
