The concept, sources and principles of legal regulation of competitive relations

The purpose of legal regulation of competition is to ensure freedom of economic activity between business entities, including for the protection of consumer interests and the normal functioning of public production. The objects of the research are the legal foundations and principles of freedom of competition in Russia. The conclusion was made about competition as a basic institution reflected at various levels of legal regulation: in the constitutional, civil legislation, in the acts of the Constitutional and Supreme Courts of Russia, the elementary content of the principles of freedom and fair competition was determined.
