The concept of kidnapping in the context of criminal responsibility for kidnapping

Criminal liability for kidnapping is provided for in Article 126 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The relevance of studying the issue of defining the concept of abduction is explained by the fact that the construction of criminal law norms causes difficulties in the process of establishing the signs of the objective side of the crime. Within the framework of the study, an analysis of the objective side of the abduction was carried out, an approach to the definition of abduction through a triad of actions proposed by the legislator was considered. According to the results of the study, the author presents his own vision of the definition of abduction.
