Crisis: concept and origin

The paper assesses the role of crisis in the economic development of society. The author analyzes the typical features and the constituent phases of the crisis, offers a classification of the causes, and shows the sequence of their occurrence. The article also examines crisis forms in macro and micro perspective and gives recommendations on the registration of the indexes for entrepreneurs and managers.
