The concept of cultural diversity in multicultural education of schoolchildren

This article discusses the concepts of culture, multiculturalism, cultural diversity, cultural identity and practical issues of educating schoolchildren to multiculturalism, ways of using its content in practice. The main task of today's teacher is to educate young generations to preserve, enrich and develop national values and values, and at the same time teach them to be able to use the examples of world civilization. Therefore, taking into account that today one of the main tasks is to enrich the content of the education system in the country with a variety of cultural characteristics, this article offers practical approaches to teaching schoolchildren the concept of cultural diversity in two languages (Russian, English).
