The article considers the concept of medical risk, the concept of reasonable risk, as well as their legal essence and legal nature, the conditions for the legality of medical risk, types, in addition, the differences between the conditions for the legality of medical risk and reasonable risk are presented. The types, conditions of legality and legal regulation of medical risk in the acts of the Russian Federation and acts of International law are determined, the similarities and differences between medical risk and reasonable risk are determined.
