Concept of population migration: doctrinal and legislative aspect

The problem of migration is increasingly becoming the most discussed in the circles of sociologists. The reason for this is social problems provoked by migration processes. However, for most developed countries, the presence of migration, in particular labor migration, is simply a necessity for a full-fledged existence in the modern world. This article provides a detailed analysis of the concept of "migration" from a doctrinal point of view (including the temporal aspect), as well as from the point of view of the legislation of the Russian Federation and the CIS countries, with the further establishment of a single concept.
