The concept of real estate at the present stage of development of civil legislation of the Russian Federation

The article discusses the relationship between the concepts “real estate”, “real estate”, “real estate”. The author concludes that there is no contradiction in the use of these terms in the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The article also examines the significance of the traditional criterion for classifying a thing as immovable - a strong connection with the land, its content is revealed in modern Russia.
