In the recentyears the term «image» became quite common in various works on psychology of politics, business, art. Even more often we speak about the image of a singer, an actor, a politician, a businessman or an enterprise, a type of goods or a trade mark. But this term is used in several values. Among works of various authors there is no common opinion regarding the essence of an image as a socially-psychological phenomenon.
