The concept of justice in the Russian criminal procedure

The article is devoted to the analysis of the concept of justice in criminal proceedings, its understanding by procedural scientists, as well as to the solution of the issue of the content of justice in criminal proceedings and the definition of the circle of subjects exercising justice. The understanding of justice is correlated from the positions of narrow and broad approaches, as well as from theory and practice. As a result of the research, the concept of justice is proposed, which is necessary for consolidation in the criminal procedure law.
