The concept of legal regime: approaches to definition and content

The article discusses the concept of legal regime based on existing concepts in the scientific literature. Attention is focused on the difference between “status” and “regime” approaches. It is concluded that a feature of the “regime” approach, which has become widespread in jurisprudence, is the focus on the object.
