Concept, signs and types of bodies of a legal entity

This article examines the evolution of the definition of "body of a legal entity" in chronological order both in domestic and foreign doctrine, as well as highlighting the main features for each definition given by a different author. The article pays attention to the structuring of the bodies of a legal entity, and also touches on the circle of persons who may be held liable for causing harm to a legal entity.
