The concept of easements in roman and Russian law: comparative analysis

The article examines the legal features of easements in Roman law and their development in modern Russian legislation. A detailed comparative analysis of the conceptual framework, types of easements, the grounds for their establishment and termination, as well as legal mechanisms for the protection of easements in both legal systems is carried out. The article also discusses the problems of legal regulation of easements in Russia.
