The concept “style” as an object of study of the humanities

The article studies the concept of “style" as an interdisciplinary object of the humanities. It is concluded that the diachronic aspect of the “style" concept study reflects genesis of its philosophic comprehension from the ancient era to the contemporary times. The synchronic aspect of the research shows its integrative nature.
