Concepts and categories of the process of preparation voluntary people''S squads to protection of the state border of the Russian Federation

Developing in recent years, the country's volunteer movement demonstrates the desire of various categories of citizens to assist society, the state and its individual institutions on a voluntary basis. However, the pedagogical aspects of certain areas of this activity under modern conditions remain poorly understood. The urgency of this article is due to the need for a consistent resolution of the contradiction between the great practical experience of training and educating members of volunteer people's companies carried out in the course of their training, formed in the Soviet and post-Soviet periods, and the lack of scientifically based theoretical approaches that reveal the pedagogical aspects of training combatants for protecting the state border of the Russian Federation. The article attempts to define the pedagogical content of the concepts «preparation of people's squads» and «training of people's squads». The author briefly summarizes the approaches of various researchers, revealing the essence of «training» and «preparation», their characteristics. And proceeding from the peculiarities of the institute of attracting citizens to protect the state border of the Russian Federation, it forms the content part of «preparation and training of people's squads». Allocation of the above concepts to a separate category will allow specialists of law enforcement agencies, law enforcement agencies and other organizations that attract citizens on a voluntary basis to protect the state border, protect public order, extinguish fires and other forms of assistance, consider the process of their preparation as an independent direction in vocational education, based on the features of their application and other aspects inherent in this particular category of trainees. And also will allow most effectively implementing them in practice.
