The concepts of a cartel and a digital cartel

A cartel can be understood as an economic association, one of the ways to monopolize the market, both domestic and foreign, as well as the specific legal form in which this association arises, i.e., the goals of market monopolization and the set of means by which these goals are achieved. However, the definition of a digital cartel does not fully correspond to all the characteristics of the general concept of a cartel. It was concluded that digital cartels are executed by introducing auction robots into the electronic trading platform interface, and an automatically running program emerges between the direct action of a human and the action directly aimed at increasing, decreasing, or maintaining the auction price.
