The article deals with the issue of recognizing major transactions and interested party transactions - invalid. In this case, only 2 Federal Laws that regulate this issue, as well as the RF Armed Forces Regulations, will be considered. Gaps in the legal regulation of contesting major transactions and related party transactions are identified. Ways of improvement of the legislation in the given sphere of legal relations are offered.
