Procedure for disciplinary cases of special ranks employees of the customs authorities of the Russian Federation

The procedure for law enforcement in disciplinary cases of customs officers of the Russian Federation with special ranks is analyzed. The modern legislation regulating the legal procedures for establishing the basis (circumstances) of a disciplinary case, the procedure for its consideration and decision-making, execution and recording of disciplinary sanctions, and law enforcement practice are considered. The conclusion is substantiated about the obvious insufficiency of administrative procedural norms that determine the procedure for considering disciplinary cases, imposing and executing disciplinary sanctions. In this part, the procedure for proceedings in a disciplinary case does not fully correspond to its substantive and legal grounds - failure to fulfill duties by employees, violation of prohibitions that determine the existence of a jurisdictional type of process.
