Portfolio approach to team building for the implementation of the investment project

The article is devoted to problems of investment management in the enterprise. The authors investigate such issues, as: low feasibility of investment projects; dependence between the project risk and the risk of project team; the possibility of using a portfolio approach to team building for the implementation of investment project. This article describes a model of the formation team in accordance with the risk of the investment project. This model based on the principles of portfolio analysis. The article discusses the advantages of this model and the ways of its further development.
