Portrait virtualization of emotions by the means of imagery in the Austrian and British artistic discourse

The article deals with the means of the emotions’ presentation of the literary characters in the Austrian and British artistic discourse. There is described the process of their portrait virtualization, there are revealed its important elements. Two groups of the expressive means, used to create the character’s image by the transmission of the emotions, were identified. It was established that the revealed means of the portrait virtualization through imagery reflect the main emotions of the person in the Austrian and British artistic discourse in comparison .
